Hypnotherapy is a
tool that, in the right hands, can transform the life of
individuals for the better. At Motivating Change we combine our
years of business and people skills with hypnotherapy to make a
real difference to the lives and wellbeing of our clients,
whether they be individuals or corporations.
Dr David Clegg
Ph.D, M.Sc, HPD, Adv.Hyp., Dip.S.M., FIBC, MNCH(Lic.)
I have spent 15
years at Board level in industry and 20 years as a Management
Consultant helping organisations and their senior people achieve
their full potential. By combining the power of hypnotherapy
with my extensive business skills I find that I can achieve
outstanding results in tackling and changing entrenched
behaviours.
In my type of work
I find that I am constantly learning; from my peers, from my
clients, from world class writers and therapists and from
experience. All this learning helps me to be a better and more
rounded therapist.
I
take a client-centred approach to all my work as a consultant or
therapist and my intention is always to work in the best and
most appropriate way for each unique individual. I am able to
draw on a range of techniques including hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic
programming (NLP), emotional freedom technique (EFT), and
cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). I also work holistically,
and refer to other relevant specialists in my practice when
appropriate.
Stuart Morgan. HPD, Dip.H., Dip.S.M., MNCH(Lic.), Assoc. CIPD.
My
early career spanning 32 years was in the Police Service rising
to the rank of Superintendent. During that period I came into
contact with a wide spectrum of people issues enabling me to
view them from the perspective of victims, perpetrators and the
non-involved bystander. The period was an invaluable insight
into how people react to the stresses encountered in everyday
life, the coping strategies they employed and the mid- and
long-term impact on their internal thought processes.
For
the past eleven years I have been self-employed as a Management
Consultant in all sectors assisting organisations to reach their
full potential by facilitating change and getting them to
challenging their existing practices.
The
use of Hypnotherapy and other complementary approaches helps me
to advise organisations about how to get the best from their
people by providing physical and mental support in the
workplace. The use of relaxing techniques and logical approaches
to underlying problems releases people’s mindsets to make
measurable and significant differences to the lives
of the individual as an employee, family member or member of the wider
community.
